At my store, we take great care in sourcing our products to ensure the highest quality and ethical standards. Our products come from a network of trusted suppliers and manufacturers located in UK, Europe, U.S and China.

Yes. We operate on a made-to-order model instead of holding large, wasteful amounts of stock, which virtually eliminates paper waste. Additionally, our books are produced using FSC-certified paper from responsibly managed forests.

Production & Dispatch Times

Because our items are made to order, production times vary depending on the type of book you purchase and where it is being printed.

Usually dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping

We offer both tracked shipping and untracked shipping at checkout.

If you select untracked shipping, your order is sent entirely at your own risk. Because these packages cannot be monitored, we cannot provide location updates, nor can we accept responsibility, offer refunds, or send replacements for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

We highly recommend choosing tracked shipping for peace of mind. It allows both of us to monitor your package's journey and ensures you are covered if any issues arise during transit.

Currently, we ship to the UK and Europe and the U.S, we will be adding more destinations soon.

Your order will be packed and shipped by our team, located in London, UK.

  • Domestic Shipping:
    All shipping charges are based on weight and size of package.

  • International Shipping:
    All shipping charges are based on weight and size of package.

Absolutely! All of our shipping options come with tracking information. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch, including a tracking link, to the email address you entered when ordering.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Because customs policies vary drastically from country to country, we cannot predict or calculate what your specific fees might be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing your order.

If your package incurs customs fees, the local shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service) will contact you directly via email, phone, or a physical delivery note. They will provide instructions on how to pay these fees online or upon collection before releasing your package for final delivery.

If you choose to refuse the customs clearance fee and the package is returned to us, any return shipping costs, duties, or abandonment fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for refused deliveries.

With just a few exceptions, all UK orders over £40.00 include FREE value shipping.

Our goal is to get your order out in a hurry. Depending on which level of shipping you choose, your order will leave our warehouse within 1 to 4 business days.

Only one coupon may be used per transaction.
