We can personalise it with a name of your choice (letters only) limited to 8 letters. No numbers only, and no special characters ( including emojis and smiley faces ).

We regret that personalised products are non-refundable unless faulty.

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the returned item(s) arrived damaged/faulty. Returned item(s) must be unused in the same condition as delivered. Please note, returns are permitted for refund of product only; original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Return item(s) must be shipped at the customer's expense in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving the order.

To help us quickly process your return, please follow our returns instructions:

• Return all original packaging.
• Do not remove any hangtags or sewn tags. Any returned items without sewn tags will not be eligible for a refund.
• Item was not purchased on sale.
• It order was purchased on ninemilebabies.com and NOT from a stockist.
• Use the original mailing bag/box to return the item(s) and securely seal to keep the item(s) safe.
• Always obtain and keep the tracking information from your post office or chosen carrier for your return in case of any non-delivery.

Personalised items

We cannot accept returns for personalised items unless faulty. We kindly ask you double check all information on your personalisation preferences before checking out, as we cannot provide refunds or accept returns if incorrect information has been provided. 

Can I exchange an item from my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges, refunds for damaged/faulty items are issued to the original payment method, so please keep this in mind when buying a gift.

All UK deliveries would be made within 3 - 5 working days.
